What is NodWork?
NodWork is an AI-powered client delivery workspace for marketing agencies and creative studios. It connects client projects, agreed scope, deliverables, team workload, feedback, and approvals.
How is this different from a task manager with an AI assistant?
The workflow starts with what you promised a client and continues through delivery and sign-off. AI works with those connected records: it can help build a plan, find relevant work, and propose supported changes to the workspace.
What can I ask AI to do?
Ask about clients, projects, deliverables, and work that needs attention. You can also request supported updates, such as changing a deliverable’s status, owner, or deadline. NodWork shows proposed changes for you to review before applying them.
Do I have to start with an agreement?
No. You can create clients, projects, and deliverables directly. Agreement-based planning is useful when the scope is already in a document and you want a draft you can review against the source.
What can clients review?
NodWork supports review workflows for video, images, audio, documents, and websites. Clients open a shared review link, leave feedback on the work, and record a decision against the version they reviewed.
Do clients need an account?
Clients can review shared work through a link without joining your internal workspace. Your team manages delivery and internal access separately.
Can I check and correct AI’s work?
Yes. Agreement-derived plans remain drafts until you confirm them. Workspace changes are presented for review, and AI actions follow the permissions of the person requesting them.
Are these real customer projects?
No. All names, projects, and creative assets shown here are fictional. The tour uses a refined illustrative interface based on NodWork’s workflows; the workload and client portfolio images are captures from a local demonstration workspace.
